Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d)
People & HR
Berlin, Germany
Numa is growing and so is our Talent Acquisition team! As we expand further across Europe, Numa requires a mid-level Talent Acquisition Partner. You'll own full-cycle recruitment mainly for non-technical roles, though there will be opportunities throughout the year to work on technical positions too. You’ll be working closely with hiring managers across the business to identify strong candidates and coach them through the hiring process.
This role comes with real mentorship, not just a manager checking in on deadlines. You'll be coached by experienced recruiters on the team, get exposure to strategic hiring decisions, and have the runway to build great skills in sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and AI-powered recruiting.
About the role:
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for open roles across technical and non-technical functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope role requirements, define success profiles, and agree on hiring timelines.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interview processes, and guide candidates through to offer and close.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for hiring managers, providing updates and weekly reports on pipeline progress and market conditions.
- Support structured interviewing practices and help ensure consistent, fair candidate evaluation.
- Coordinate debrief and calibration conversations with interview panels.
Sourcing & Pipelining
- Build proactive sourcing strategies using a variety of job boards and tools.
- Engage passive candidates through targeted, handcrafted outreach.
- Maintain a warm pipeline of candidates for roles that are recurring or hard to fill.
Data & Tools
- Track and report on core hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance rate.
- Use recruitment analytics to flag bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Explore and adopt AI-assisted recruiting tools, including Claude and Metaview, to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate communication.
- You will be encouraged to experiment with and help shape how we use AI tools to keep improving speed and candidate experience.
About you:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, gained in either an agency or in-house/corporate talent acquisition environment.
- Either experience with or a genuine interest in AI tools for recruiting
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles at once, with strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Comfortable partnering directly with hiring managers and giving them honest, timely guidance.
- Hands-on experience sourcing passive candidates (e.g., via LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
