Who you are:- Proven in-house recruiting experience across roles (Sales, Development, Product, etc.).- Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.- Familiar with SaaS and fast-paced, evolving TA environments.- Data-savvy; use metrics to steer decisions and improve results.- Strong communicator with a collaborative, proactive attitude.- Excellent spoken and written German and business English skills.- Bonus: Creative, optimistic, and passionate about improving how things work.
