About Us

We are a fast growing embodied AI company building robots that reason and act in real warehouse and factory environments. Our AI powered systems help businesses streamline operations, boost productivity and transform physical work.

Role Overview

As a Senior Robotics Deployment Engineer, you will own the outcome of our customer deployments across Europe, from site planning to production handoff, and shape how we deploy as we scale.

This is a hands-on role that combines technical leadership with real implementation. You will work closely with engineers, project managers and senior external stakeholders, and take full responsibility for installation, integration and commissioning on site, including the mechanical and electrical work that keeps live systems running.

Responsibilities

Deployment Leadership

  • Own customer deployments across Europe, from planning to installation, commissioning and production handoff.

  • Plan installation workflows and sequencing, and identify risks early so deployments run safely and on schedule.

  • Coordinate engineering teams, contractors and customer stakeholders, and act as the primary technical contact on site.

  • Make independent technical decisions on site, including on complex or first-of-kind installations.

  • Confirm every system meets operational, performance and safety requirements before handoff.

System Installation & Integration

  • Lead the physical installation of robotic cells, robotic arms, grippers, sensors, cameras and mobile platforms.

  • Carry out and oversee mechanical and electrical work, including end-effector mounting, cable routing, and control cabinet wiring and modification.

  • Drill, tap and modify brackets, fixtures and mounting hardware where a site requires a custom solution.

  • Run on-site testing and validation, and sign off that a system is production ready.

Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and software issues, including problems that cross all three.

  • Replace or repair hardware such as grippers, sensors, actuators and cabling to keep live systems running.

  • Tune performance for speed, accuracy and efficiency in production environments.

  • Train customer teams and give them the confidence to run and support the system themselves.

  • Support customer sites remotely between deployments.

Travel

Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Germany is required for this role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years deploying robotic systems, automation equipment or industrial machinery, with hands-on experience in robotic workcells.

  • Proven track record of independently leading end to end field deployments, including complex or first-of-kind sites.

  • Experience coordinating contractors, engineering teams and customer stakeholders on site..

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of ROS 2 and robotic system architecture, with proficiency in Python or C++ and working experience with Docker.

  • Excellent troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical and software systems, comfortable with hand and power tools, installing sensors, routing cables, and reading mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams and layouts.

  • Solid experience with 6-axis robots, AMRs or similar robotic platforms, and strong written and verbal communication with customer technical teams.

What We Offer

  • Highly competitive compensation and real career growth in a fast-growing company

  • Flexible working hours

  • Wellpass (gym membership)

  • Free snacks, drinks, lunch and dinner in the office

  • Accommodation, meals and travel fully covered on deployment
